    Mike's time in real estate has led to the founding of a real estate company, instructing in front of thousands of practitioners, and starting a real estate school that is now the #1 pre-licensing organization in the state of Minnesota. Mike's so busy, that we can't get a good picture of him standing still, so Sean Connery will have to suffice as his body-double for now.

  • Saturday, January 18th - Miami, Florida

    This is Embarkation Day and we sail at 4pm. Enjoy the magnificent Miami skyline from the top floor deck of the Symphony of the Seas and then join your fellow #theonecruise attendees for our exclusive welcome networking event.

    Sunday, January 19th - At Sea

    Join us for our first Continuing Education Class of the cruise, from 1-4pm, and the rest of the day is yours to explore the magnificent ship.

    Monday, January 20th - Roatan, Honduras

    Our first port stop is the amazing island of Roatan. Enjoy your time on shore on a full port day from 9-6pm. We will be coordinating local real estate tours for those that are interested.

    Tuesday, January 21st - Costa Maya, Mexico

    Our second port stop is in Costa Maya, where you will enjoy another full day in port from 7-6pm. The day is yours to hit the beach, take a shore excursion or just relax.

    Wednesday, January 22nd - Cozumel, Mexico

    Another beautiful port town, Cozumel oozes history and charm. Make sure to take an excursion to go see the ancient Mayan sites, or enjoy another beach day.

    Thursday, January 23rd - At Sea

    We will take advantage of our second sea day by offering our final two sessions of our cruise.

    Friday, January 24th - Coco Cay, Bahamas

    Enjoy our final port stop in beautiful Coco Cay, RCL's private island. Voted as one of the best private cruise line island's anywhere, Coco Cay boasts wonderful beaches, many restaurants, and a number of other ways to spend the last full day of our sailing.

    Saturday, January 25th - Miami, Florida

    We are back in Miami! The ship will be in port by 6am and disembarkation will begin shortly thereafter. This does not have to be the end of your trip, however, as sunny South Beach is just a short uber ride away. If you need to escape Miami, the beautiful and quiet beaches of Naples and Fort Myers are about an 90 minuets west (and you can always book a one-way car and fly out of RSW-SW Florida International Airport for your return journey). If you need suggestions on where to stay or what to do in Miami or Naples, contact our travel team.

    How do I book?

    Please book your cruise through this link. We have preferred pricing as well as bonuses that are only available through our preferred travel agency. Only bookings through our preferred travel agent will be honored. All shore excursions can also be booked through our travel agency.

    What is the investment?

    Our full session investment is $300. The cruise package is based on various cabin types. View this link in order to learn more. Our preferred travel agency can assist in booking your entire trip, including air and hotel for either before or after the cruise.

     

    Is this Legit?

    Yes.

     

     

    What is the deposit needed to book now?

    The current deposit needed to secure your reservation is just $250 per person. This secures your cruise reservation only. Once you have secured your reservation here, our travel planning team will be in touch with you to confirm all the details as well as timelines on the remaining balance. Sooner rather than later, you should submit your session payment of $300, either by check or credit card (more information on how/where to pay can be found a the "How to Book" section.

    Is my deposit refundable in case I need to cancel?

    Your deposit is refundable until certain date milestones have been reached. Feel free to contact Cheryl, our awesome cruise planner, for the latest information regarding these deadlines. In additional, optional travel insurance is available for your purchase once your booking is confirmed.

    What if my spouse or significant other (S.O.) is not an agent?

    The education investment of your cruise rate is only applicable to you and not your spouse or S.O. Space-permitting, your spouse/S.O. can choose to attend the session with you (please reach out to us very early to confirm if this is what you want so we ensure that we have enough space for everyone). Please do not bring your spouse and your girlfriend/boyfriend to the same session, as this will not be tolerated.

    Do I need to attend all the sessions?

    The short answer here is no. You can attend one, two, three, or all four. You will receive CE credit (where applicable) for only those classes you attend and sign-in for; but if you wake up one morning on and decide that being poolside seems more exciting than being in class, that is your prerogative. We promise we will not be offended :)

    Is this a tax write-off?

    We are definitely not accountants. However, when I attend a conference or other education program anywhere in the world, I make sure to reflect my expenses on my returns. Your mileage may vary. Talk to your accountant to be sure of your eligibility, but with an education or networking or tour program nearly every day of our itinerary, we don't see this as being a big hurdle to clear.

    Can I attend just for the sessions?

    Absolutely. Currently we have Continuing Education Approval in Minnesota and Iowa. We are working on additional states. If you want to simply sit in on a portion of any session then you are welcome to do so, but to be courteous to your fellow attendees we ask that you only enter and exit sessions during a break.

     

    You do not need to attend all sessions, just attend what you want and earn CE (if applicable) for those sessions.

     

    If you have an entourage that you will be bringing with from a state other than the above, we can work on CE approval for your state. Just let us know. We will update the above section as we get more CE approvals.

     

     

    I'm a returning cruiser. Do I get anything?

    Yes of course! We love our returning cruisers. You can take $100 off of your session fee. No codes needed, it's done!
